Great question. Kits ship to India, UK, Singapore, and most of South Asia via our partner lab. You'll receive a prepaid return envelope. No local arrangement needed.
Can I participate if I'm currently taking a daily probiotic supplement?
You'll need to complete a 4-week washout of any probiotic or prebiotic supplement before baseline. If you're open to pausing, you're very welcome to apply.
How strict is the daily logging window? I work rotating shifts.
Logging window is flexible — anytime within the 24-hour day. Rotating shift workers are well-suited to this study. No fixed time required.
What happens to my data if I need to withdraw mid-study?
Data collected prior to withdrawal is retained in anonymized, pseudonymous form per our IRB protocol. You can request deletion by contacting us directly, which we honor within 30 days.
